By submitting your entry:
You grant BURGA a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, use part of it, modify and display your submitted content (story, image(s), and/or video(s)) on our social media channels, website, and other promotional materials on our sole discretion.
We will collect stories, photos, and videos and reserve the right to freely use them on social media and our website, including both the materials and the story itself for an indefinite period of time.
You confirm that the content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.
You confirm that the email address, phone number You provide are correct and valid.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. BURGA reserves the right to align the prize with the winner’s preferences or goals.
For the BookRetreats.com voucher, BURGA will arrange the details directly with the winner.
Shipping or delivery of the iPhone 16 + AirPods 4 bundle (if applicable) will be handled within BURGA’s supported delivery areas.
Winners Selection & Notification:
Winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
BURGA will contact the winner through the platform used for entry (Instagram or TikTok). The winner must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.
Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.
BURGA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the assignment of one of the two prizes.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their entries comply with all giveaway requirements.
